OUTREACH & TRAVEL

- Alison Van Eenennaam spoke on "Gene Editing in Cattle: Recent developments and prospects" at the 2018 Efficient Dairy Genome Project Symposium in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and presented a two-day course to Angus Breeders on "The use of MateSel" in Kansas City, MO.
- YCA Graduate Advisers Sarah Klopatek and Sheyenne Augestein along with YCA adviser Jim Oltjen led the first ever YCA field trip to Imperial Valley, CA.
